”Drama Project 空中スケッチ”　とは？

画家の中には手元にスケッチブックも鉛筆もないときに、目の前の情景を記憶するため空中スケッチする人がいるそうです。
空中スケッチとは、指先で空中をなぞり、絵を描き記憶することです。画家は家に帰ってから、その記憶を絵へと実現させるのです。演劇は何もない空間に、もうひとつの信じるに足る現実を生み出す作業。それはまさに空中に向かってスケッチする行為に似てはいませんか。

僕らは何もない透明の空間からはじめたい。そして、その空間にもうひとつ有り得たであろう世界を描きたい。それが僕らの空中スケッチです。

「Drama Project 空中スケッチ」は、リアルな日常生活の中に、ともすれば見失われしまう一瞬の煌めきを、ドラマを通じて再発見し追体験していこうというプロジェクトです。観念的な抽象論ではなく、かけがえのない生活というリアリティーを追求していきたいと思います。それはまるで画家のスケッチブックの画の断片のように。

“ What is DRAMA PROJECT Kuchu-Sketch? ”

Some artists are drawing in the air when they have nothing to draw on to memorize what they are seeing on the spot.
“Kuchu-Sketch“ basically means a sort of technique of drawing in the air to store each one of scenes in their mind. And back home they put their memories into practice; Drawing and Painting pictures physically!
Drawing or Painting is like a process to build up some reality from empty space – memory.
So is Drama, which is build up from empty space, as Peter Brook said before.

That’s why I want to start my Play from such a transparent air as an empty place.
And also I want to describe another possible world and life on stage.
This is my “Kuchu-Sketch”.

This play company is trying to find out some fragments of real lives, and start over our own real lives through Drama.
I will pursuit indispensable realities of Life, not abstract thoughts.
It’s like small pieces of color in artists‘ sketchbooks.
